Sycamore Reserve is the second independent senior living community we've developed. The first, Bartlett Reserve, located in Durham, North Carolina has enjoyed great success and was awarded Senior Advisor's Best of Senior Living, by its residents and their family members, multiple years in a row.

You'll appreciate the convenience of being on the north side of Indianapolis close to I-69, I-465, Community Hospital North, IU Health Hospital Saxony, St. Vincent's Hospital North, a variety of grocery stores, restaurants, specialty shops and shopping at the largest mall in Indiana: Castleton Square Mall. We are very excited to be an integral part of The City of Indianapolis' new Castleton Revitalization Plan.

Cindy Dudley

Cindy Dudley

General Manager

Cindy is one of the most dynamic individuals at Sycamore Reserve. She graduated from Franklin Central High School, was office manager for her husband Dr. Tim Dudley and managed the Waterman Family Farms for 7 years.

She's volunteered for Big brother Big Sisters of America, Global Peace, has been on 4 mission trips to Kenya and 16 mission trips to Jamaica. Her passion for helping others makes it no surprise that she's received the Paul Harris Volunteer award from Rotary International.

Cindy has been married to Tim Dudley for over 25 years. She enjoys gardening, reading, biking and spending time with family and friends.

Shawn Gann

Shawn Gann

Assistant Director and Director of Sales & Marketing

Shawn's 16 years of senior living experience has given her a deep passion for serving the senior population. She has worked for several senior living companies, most recently with Riverwalk Commons in Noblesville. Born and raised in Indianapolis, the youngest of eight children, Shawn has a strong desire to be part of a large family. This trait is displayed as she treats all her residents and their loved ones as part of her ever-growing family.

Shawn currently resides in Carmel with her daughter, Kelsey, who graduated from nursing school in December 2019 and her two Dachshunds, Frank and Odie and mini Goldendoodle, Moose. Shawn is also a Proud Army Mom, with her son, Kyle, serving in the US Army in Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Her daughter, Ali, works as an IT Medical Recruiter for Medasource in Chicago. In her spare time, Shawn enjoys Pilates, traveling, doing anything outdoors and spending as much time as possible with her two beautiful granddaughters, Lyla and Eve.

Josie Henneke

Josie Henneke, CPA

Chief Financial Officer

Josie joined AGS Capital as Vice President of Accounting and Chief Financial officer for AGS's portfolio of companies, including Sycamore Reserve in April 2015. Prior to that, she worked at Kemper CPA Group for over seven years.

In her private life, she's been a member of Columbia Club of Indianapolis for over 22 years, served on the board of directors for 12 years and just completed two years as president of the board. The Columbia Club has 90 plus overnight guest rooms, dining venues, a fitness center and all the service challenges a guest/membership organization handles.

From 2010-2015 she was a volunteer and served on the board of directors of Hancock County Senior Services, Inc., a non-profit agency that focuses on meeting the needs of the senior population through transportation, home support and other services. She has volunteered and delivered Meals on Wheels for over 7 years, interacting with many senior citizens in various economic and social situations.

Josie is a cum laude graduate of Indiana University, with a BS in Accounting. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the AICPA and the Indiana Society of CPAs.

Josie has been married to Carroll for 40+ years and they have a grown daughter, Autumn. They love to travel, experience fine cuisine and volunteer to help those less fortunate.

Michelle Herren

Director of Life Enrichment

For the past four years, Michelle Herren has served as Director of Activities for senior living communities here in Indianapolis. Prior to that, she operated a very successful childcare/preschool in the Annapolis, Maryland area. She also served as a teacher’s aide for children with special needs. Her entire adult career she has cared for others.

Now as our Life Enrichment Director at Sycamore Reserve, she is very excited about the endless opportunities for personal and team growth. She feels we truly focus on educating and training our staff, giving our residents and their loved ones the most active and independent experience possible.

In her spare time, Michelle enjoys her family including her seven children and pets. She is an excellent artist and seamstress, which explains why the residents she serves have such a great time in her planned classes and events.
